Qualification

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician or comparable, alternatively career changer with relevant experience
  • Experience in Microsoft system administration (e.g. Windows Server/Client, Active Directory, Entra)
  • Experience in 1st or 2nd level support
  • Independent, reliable and structured way of working
  • High level of solution-orientation, ability to work in a team and friendly demeanour even in stressful situations
  • Willingness to undergo continuous further training
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Task

  • Acceptance and follow-up of software and hardware faults in the IT support team
  • Independently analysing, processing and documenting incidents and service requests in 1st & 2nd level support
  • Providing hardware for workstations (e.g. computers, telephones, printers)
  • Installing operating systems and application software
  • Administration of users and authorisations
  • Maintaining the inventory
  • Providing information for 3rd level support
  • Support in IT projects
